Preceding it’s opening in May 2021, Meehan designed the bar and beverage program for Takibi, an izakaya-style restaurant featuring Pacific Northwestern ingredients located in the new North American retail flagship and headquarters of Snow Peak, a Japanese outdoor lifestyle brand that just celebrated its second decade in Portland.
