I serve as the Director of Brand and Marketing for an independently owned company comprised of six bladesmiths who make culinary knives in Portland, Oregon. As part of a small management team, I’ve catalyzed a culture shift through progressive policy changes, audited and streamlined our product mix, overseen a redesign of our website, humbled our communication strategy, driven development of new products and reprioritized our routes to market to position our business for sustainable long-term success.
